While Biscuit Acres is closed this winter, there is an alternative off leash dog park available in Tulsa. Joe Station is located about 1 mile west of downtown Tulsa and the iconic BOK Event Center. It is easily accessible from the Gilcrease Museum Exit from US 412 which is less than 1 mile west of the 412/ US 75 interchange. From that interchange, visitors go south about 1/4 to the light at Charles Page Boulevard, turn left (east). The bark park will be on the left (north) and is easily located because it was a baseball field before conversion into a dog park and the flood lights make it easy to locate.
